He is a cook and the owner of this small but lovely restaurant of Fish & Chips. I like his passion for deep fries of fishes and l like his sweet potatoes fries as well. He is typical looking cook, a good neighbor uncle. I like his fish wrap which is too big to try alone. My favorite is Halibut & Chips for $10.12 to go.
