Authentic Jajangmyun: Soybean Noodle, 자장면 경복궁 앞 중국집 Chinse Restaurant in front of Kyungbokgoong Palace Seoul Korea 21 Jul 2009

Sooooo delicious and soft. Though it is categorized as Chinese dish it is actually originated from Korea. Only in Korea you can try the very unique soy bean noodle. For me it takes only couple of minutes to eat up and I usually try double-sized one, so called gobbaekee 곱배기. ^,~
