i see a mom does the bed-side reading for her child.
i see a child laying on the bed
listening to the voice of her mom
and trying to sleep.. smiling faintly..
under all the peace & comfort he has been given
from the space & his mom..

i just encountered this joyful Pierrot when i was strolling around the city early in the morning.

the artifact might be created by a playful artisan for the encouragement of festive spirit of visitors.

there wasn't a speck of cloud in the sky
and it's more than warm even in the early morning.

it was just a blessing.. which was very much generous.. :-)

i went down to the 'Lower Town' in Old Quebec city
where there were lots of attractive cafe, restaurants, shops and galleries..

still the best grilled calamari in town, 'Megas' Danforth St. Toronto Apr 30 2010

after for a while..
i just liked to try the best calamari in town again at Megas in Danforth street.
the Greek style grilled calamari was still so good to taste together with a couple of beers.

the yellowish-orange colored saffron scattered on top was well matched with abundant drops of lemon.. :-)


sun in Toronto is as fabulous as Mediterranean country like Greece so trying Greek dishes in the patio under the bright sun is quite proper in this Greek street of Danforth. :-)
