Extra-Old Pub of 160 Years, Wheat Sheaf Bathurst-King St. Toronto Jun18 2009

The very old Victorian style architecture for the bar was really impressing and the spacious patio was good.
But the things were that the beer wasn't fresh enough, taste of the chicken wing was just so so, and the quality of table and chairs were cheap enough. It seems that other than the old history as a good heritage place in Toronto, they don't have anything better than the ordinary pub. They might be too proud of the age of the place.. Hopefully they change for better food, drink and service mindset..

160년이 넘어가는 오래된 펍..
안주 나온 것 보니.. 한 60년은 된 듯한 진짜 오래된 구성의 안주였다..ㅎ

Yesterday Once More, Opera House Front Street Downtown Toronto Apr 1 2009

I just saw the old Box Office in the hall of Canadian Opera Company and I also found a plate of appreciation attached right beside thanking for donation for making the old ticketing booth stands still in there.
Opera business has been suffering from the bad cash flow of less and less number of audience and lack of financial sponsorship from the big corporates. Actually all the classic genres of music or performance have similar financial issues.
It might be the time for the people in classic world to renovate whatever to stand viable again in the art industry. Hopefully not too late..
