너무나 아름다운 눈꽃이 피었습니다..

이 광할한 대평원 모든 곳에서 하얗게 피어 났습니다.

얼마나 깨끗하고 신선했던지요..

그런데.. 마음은 흥분되기 보다는 더욱 차분해 졌답니다.

부지런한 농부가 잘 마무리 해 놓은 건조 더미들 저 편에서는

소들의 울음소리가 평화롭게 울려 퍼졌습니다.

마치 스위스 산골 마을 어디에서 그윽하게 퍼지는 

목이 아주 긴 나팔의 울림 소리 같았지요.. ㅎ

오늘 아침.. 영하 23도 까지 내려갔다. 더 이상 시원할 수 없어.. ㅎ
어제 마니토바에서 온 사냥꾼이 잡은 숫사슴은 그의 트럭 뒷자리에서 꽁꽁 얼어 있었다.

.. 다음 생엔 네가 사냥꾼으로 태어나렴.. ㅠㅠ

사격은 좋아 하지만, 살생 후의 뒷처리는 감당이 안될 것 같다.
그저 총 몇자루 가지고 스트레스 풀이 사격이나 하는 게 좋을 듯 하다..

영하 20도 서리꽃 피는 아침 ㅎ, Oxbow Saskatchewan Nov 17

어제 밤 영하 20도 까지 내려간 오늘 아침..

언제나 처럼 찬란한 태양이 대지를 밝힙니다.

밤새 급강하한 기온으로 나무엔 온통 서릿발 꽃이 피었는데요,

참 신기한 모습입니다.

서리의 수정체가 밤사이 많이도 자라났습니다.

이제 따스한 햇살아래 말끔히 사라져 버리겠지요..

언제나 변함없이 뜨고 지는 태양 아래에서의 

우리 삶의 모습은 정말 변화무쌍 하군요..

it was so fresh that

i hardly breathed freely

cause i've been too much accustomed to

rather polluted air in the city.. :p

over the night chill made

all the stalks of the trees

covered with white layers of frost..

the fractal arms & hands

were eager to reach in the heaven

with the white tentacles

reaching out and touching the blue.. :-)

though there was almost an hour of delay due to frost,
it was a glorious & gorgeous day in the late fall..

today is a memorial day in here Canada..
we heard a siren of remembrance and
had a flight of a squadron of WWII planes at the very last hole..
